For The Two Gentlemen of Verona, I was the Assistant Costume Designer and the Hair and Makeup Designer. This production was set in the 1920s, and the hair & makeup emphasized the relationships through color and style. Verona was soft and had a pinker, more feminine quality to express the naivete of the country, whereas Milan was bolder and grander, with vivid and popping colors to convey the bustling city.
